Conditions of booking a Holiday Caravan

A £50.00 non-refundable deposit per week is required at the time of booking.

Balances are to be paid 28 days before your arrival

 

Linen charge is £20.00 for 6 berth & £25 in 8 berth caravans.

 

Please Note in Dog friendly caravans we do not supply Linen.

 

Caravans are available from 3pm on your arrival day last check in is 5pm, late arrivals by prior arrangement. Caravans must be vacated by 10am on the departure day

 

Smoking policy we operate a strict non smoking policy in all of our caravans

 

Parking is available, no commercial vehicles

 

No under 21s (unless with parents) or single sex groups (please ring for exceptions)

 

8 people maximum occupancy in a 3 bedroom caravan

 

6 people maximum occupancy in our 2 bedroom caravan

 

Dogs are welcome only in our dog friendly vans at a charge of £25.00 per dog per stay

 

Caravans must be kept in a clean and tidy condition and all damage/breakages must be paid for

 

 

Payment for stay must be by cheque, cash or credit/debit card

 

Minimum two night stay

 

 

 

Prices from March 2016 Until January 2017

 

Prices are based on 2 bed caravans. Please note all 3 bed caravans have a supplement of £50 peak weeks and £25 off peak weeks.
